SUPPLIERS & MANUFACTURING

Partners who work hard, every day, so the parcel arrives right.

A vetted network of factories and suppliers: audited before they take an order, held to a written quality standard, able to personalise at sensible volumes, and judged on whether they hit the date.

HOW A FACTORY ENTERS THE NETWORK

Nobody ships for us on a promise.

A supplier passes four gates before taking a live customer order. Skipping any of them is how a brand discovers a quality problem through its own customers.

Capability and capacity review

What they actually make, on what equipment, at what monthly volume, and what happens to our order when a larger client calls. Capacity claimed on a call is verified against production reality.

Sampling against a written standard

We define the standard in writing — materials, tolerances, finish, packaging — and sample against it. Approval is of a specification, not of a nice-looking photograph.

Commercial and lead-time agreement

Unit cost, minimums, production lead time and the cost of personalisation agreed and documented, including what happens when a batch fails inspection.

Trial order under full process

A real order runs the complete path — production, inspection, packing, dispatch — before the partner carries customer volume.

QUALITY

Inspected before it ships, not after it arrives.

Quality control that happens at the customer's door is not quality control — it is a return. Inspection happens at the factory, against the same written standard the sample was approved on.

Defects found pre-shipment are a cost of doing business. Defects found by a customer cost the order, the dispute, the review and the relationship. That arithmetic is why the inspection step is never the one we compress when a launch is late.

Written standard per product

Materials, dimensions, tolerances, finish and packaging, agreed with the factory and used by both sides.

Pre-shipment inspection

Sampled against the standard before the batch leaves. Failures are reworked or rejected, with the reason recorded on the scorecard.

Packaging as part of the product

Presentation and protection specified alongside the item. A product that arrives damaged was not a logistics problem; it was a packaging specification problem.

PERSONALISATION

Customisation at volumes that make sense.

Private label, bespoke packaging, engraving and colourways — available because the partner network was selected for it, not because we promised it and went looking afterwards.

CapabilityWhat it coversPractical note
Private labelBrand marks on product, packaging and insertsArtwork approved on a physical sample before the run
Bespoke packagingBoxes, inserts, protective fit, unboxing sequenceSpecified with the product, not added afterwards
Colour and finishVariant colourways and surface finishesLead time varies by finish; quoted per variant
Engraving and markingSerials, logos, personalised textPer-unit personalisation needs a longer production window
Assortment and kittingMulti-item sets assembled before dispatchKitting is agreed as a production step with its own check
LEAD TIMES

A date we can defend.

We publish a delivery window only where the production and transit legs behind it are agreed with the partner. When a leg moves, the window on the product page moves with it.

STEP 01

Order placed and confirmed

The order is validated and routed to the partner the same business day.

STEP 02

Production or pick

Stocked items are picked immediately; made-to-order and personalised items enter the agreed production window.

STEP 03

Inspection

Sampled against the written standard. A failed batch is reworked and re-inspected rather than released late and defective.

STEP 04

Dispatch and tracking

Handed to the carrier with tracking issued to the customer. Our target is dispatch within 72 hours for stocked items.

STEP 05

Transit monitoring

Tracking is monitored, not merely forwarded. A stalled parcel triggers contact from us before the customer notices.

STEP 06

Delivery and aftercare

Delivery confirmed, support channel open for returns, replacements and questions.

Sourcing something specific?

Send the product, the volume and the personalisation you need. We will tell you whether our network can hold the date — and say so plainly if it cannot.
